Healthcare assistants support practice nurses with their daily work and carry out tasks such as phlebotomy (drawing blood), blood pressure measurement and new patient checks. They may act as a chaperone when a patient or doctor requests one.

Practice Management

The practice managers are involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice managers support the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also help to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Triage Team

Our dedicated triage team are on hand with our duty doctor to provide you the best care and to support you.

All medical queries will be managed as part of our fair process policy, urgent medical issues are managed within 2 hours by our dedicated duty doctor and triage team. 

Our team is available from 8am-6:30pm Monday to Friday. 

The practice will acknowledge your request and contact you with the next appropriate action to help resolve your medical concern. This might consist of a combination of telephone calls or texts. We advise for all patients to keep their phone available and expect the practice to contact.
